Always a good experience with Autohaus. They are accessible, conscientious, thorough, honest, and (so far as I can tell) competitively priced; the entire staff is a pleasure to work with -- special praise for manager Jesse -- and I have complete confidence in them. I took my 2015 Mini Cooper 2-door hardtop in for what seemed to me a "sticky" clutch and, after road-testing the car, they found nothing amiss, and Jesse declined to accept payment. Highly recommended.

this is the best alternative to the dealership for Mercedes work. Prices are reasonable and service is prompt and thorough. they don't make unnecessary repairs or try to upsell you. I've always been able to get in for regular maintenance and repairs easily.

Autohaus has been a real blessing since I was turned onto them last year by a friend. Their work has been phenomenal and the service is second to none. Isaiah has even gone out of his way to transport me to work and back when a loaner vehicle has not been available. I highly recommend them.

Excellent job, and they graciously met my need for a super quick turnaround time on a thermostat replacement. Love their guarantees on the work done, and extended diagnostic testing ( recheck codes free for 6 months). I especially appreciate Isaiah's candid advice and thoughtful customer service. So polite! Have had maintenance, repairs performed here, and it's always been done professionally and within the estimate with the exception of once and was given a good reason. I will always take my 2018 Tiguan back to them for everything. Thanks guys.
