Even when the diagnostic machine doesn't help out, they have enough experience with automotive issues, to solve the problem. I feel confident that I will not get stranded on Randy Pape belt line during rush hour again!

After having a not so great experience at another shop that wound up damaging a part of my car, I brought my car here. They kept my car for a few days at our request to check things out, and even though the issue that I took it in for never happened for them (typical, right? How many times have you had a problem, and then it's perfect when the mechanic checks it?) I now feel safe again driving my car. The customer service is stellar. Each person my husband and I spoke to were extremely nice, explained things thoroughly, and were extremely accommodating. I will definitely be coming here for my car needs again. I wish that I would have brought my car here in the first place.
