Autohaus is simple the best mechanic I have ever worked with. Their customer service is excellent at every turn.

My tire mechanics discovered a stripped lug nut when changing the tires on my 2011 328xi. I ordered a new one from Autohaus, and they were able to get the lug nut next morning, clean and re-thread the hub, and get me back on my way in less than 1/2 an hour. All this for less than what Firestone quoted just for ordering the nut and screwing it back in. I highly recommend Autohaus for your BMW.

Took my Boxer in for check up to make sure it was up to specs and they checked it out n just needed oil change. I’ve taken all my cars here, BMW, Mercedes, Lexus even maybe my old MG way back when. Never had any issues ever…Sorry one of the poodles past on but it’s part of life with pets.

Autohaus is an excellent shop to take your german cars. I've serviced my 2013 VW SportsWagon TDI from them regularly and I've never had any troubles with my car. They also give very helpful information for upcoming services from their inspection/assessment. They're honest about their expertise and would recommend taking the car to the dealership if they cannot address a certain problem cost effectively (I had a DPF issue, the dealership had to replace it under warranty). They also offer a curtesy car while they have your car :)

This is one of the best shops you can get your car serviced at. We’ve had our Mercedes serviced here for many different things and it’s always a pleasant experience and they make you feel valued as a customer.

I have always been very happy with the service provided by Autohaus. They are always very responsive, knowledgeable and reliable. In addition, the pricing is reasonable. Jesse has always been very good to work with, and the new guy, Isaiah, is also very helpful and great to work with.

I have gone to Auto Haus for two minor issues with my car and both times the staff were very friendly and quick with their repairs. I had several phone calls with Jesse and he was very kind as he advised me on the process and kept me updated while my side mirror shipped. A very honest bunch of workers and I would highly recommend their services!!

Had Jesse and his crew do a timing belt on my 12 TDI Golf. Great service and very accommodating as they even picked up my car from the dealership as it was getting warranty work done. Much appreciated as I live 70 miles away. Great communication, Great service at good prices. Highly recommend.
