I've been taking my 2007 Mercedes ML350 to Autohaus since I purchased it. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car. They are the BEST! Don't bother with the dealership, these guys are the best mechanics in Eugene!

The mechanic found unexpected issues during routine maintenance on my VW Jetta that would have caused serious problems in the near future. I thought something sounded odd with the engine when I accelerated from a stop - turned out to be the the alternator and tensioner arm. Although the bill was hard to stomach it is an 11 year old car with 110K on it so this is not surprising. It now runs a lot smoother so all is well.

Every part of our experience was great they really work hard to make every thing work to your benefit. You can trust them with your vehicle.

I dropped in without an appointment with what appeared to be an urgent problem. Jessie kindly squeezed my car in the cue. George Rode drove me to work. My car was repaired by 5:00 (at no cost). Very pleased with the customer service. Thank you.
