Your service department contacted BMW regarding our repair need and found the vehicle was still under warranty and the service would be provided at the dealership at no charge. You could have fixed the problem and billed me and I would have never been the wiser. Your action speaks volumes for the way your business is run- we will definitely return to your shop once the warranty is expired (pretty soon!) Thank You
