did the job completely, and took care of a couple other little things while they were in there. total was $84, i had budgeted $200 so i was very pleased. they had my car 4 hours. my highest recommendation.

Yes, it cost a little more for service and repairs on a BMW, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Autohaus to anybody. I've taken my car to the dealership, and didn't get the same experience I've received at Autohaus. The service is great. The prices are fair, and they are knowlegable and trustworthy. They have earned my loyalty. Another perk is the complimentary loaner cars, which can make all the difference when you have to bring your car in for repair.

Autohaus is always the best. I dropped by without an appointment and got the windshield wipers changed in about 30 seconds then on my way.

I always get great service for my vintage Mini at Autohaus. Staff are very attentive to what I want in the way of service; always pleasant and courteous and careful to make sure they understand my needs. I expect to be a lifer!

Came in to have my wipers replaces, Jessie put them on for me in about 5 mins and I was back on the road, great service as always!

Finding a quality service provider that you feel comfortable with and trust with your car can be a stressful endeavor. I was not looking forward to this process when it came time to have some work done on my BMW. I observed and contemplated many options in the Eugene Springfield area and finally bit the bullet and decided to go with Autohaus hoping they would live up to the positive feedback I had researched. I was not disappointed. I do not normally write reviews for anything on the internet although after my second visit for some typical wear and tear issues on my 2005 330xi i was not hesitant to share my experiences. I was treated with respect and Jesse Wilson the General Manager did an excellent job of discussing my options and the issues that had brought me to need service in the first place. They are a busy shop and I had to make an appointment which was expected as they obviously have a large clientele. They kept in touch with me in a timely manner explaining what parts were needed, what had to be ordered and how long it would take. My car was repaired to my satisfaction and everything was spelled out verbally and on my final invoice in terms that were understandable. Having work done on your car is rarely inexpensive, much less on a BMW. I found the parts and labor rates fair and was extremely satisfied with the work performed. I like being able to walk out the door knowing the work was done properly and they will stand behind the product. I will not hesitate to return this vehicle or any other to be trusted in their hands. I've had a lot of cars over the years and you just can't get hat feeling from very many establishments. Thank You Autohaus.
