German Auto Repair in Eugene

They came through for me I was in a jam of having another repair place not following through with repairing my car. I have been a customer for the last 9 yrs and I have always been impressed with their excellent customer service and personal touch that makes you feel welcome.

This was my first time doing business with Autohaus. They started work on my car within 5 minutes of my appointment time. They did exactly what they said they would do and completed the work at the time they said that they would be done. The waiting area was clean and all the staff was friendly. On top of that my car runs great now. What more can you ask for! Thank you

Since I started doing business with Autohaus about 16-month ago, I have felt confident that my BMW was in good hands. The repairs have always solved my issues the first time (something rarely experienced at the BMW agency in Beverly Hills) and Jessy has always been extremely informative. He has always followed up ordering while keeping me informed about scheduling. I have a lot of confidence about him giving me correct information.
