German Auto Repair in Eugene

I have great confidence in Autohaus. I recently took my car to a tire company (where I bought the tires) to have wheels rotated. They told me I needed new brakes and wheel bearings and gave me an estimate to do the work. I asked Autohaus to check it out. They found I did not yet need new brakes. They replaced the wheel bearings with VW parts. I appreciate Autohaus for their honesty and for looking out after my interests.

Crew is great, friendly and professional. Would be a 5 star if I wasnt still experiencing the problem. They are going to scan again and take another shot at it very soon. Seems to be an honest reputable shop. I will continue to use them for service to our Mercedes.

We were passing through Eugene and wanted to have our 99 Eurovan given the once over as we had been on the road for three months from Montana. Autohous lived up to its web reputation with great communications and doing only the needed work. Very satisfied and next time through will use them again. Jessie was great.

I realize I dropped the car off on a Tuesday without an appointment but is was mid-Friday before I had heard from the shop about progress. a diagnostic had been run and a course of action determined of which I approved with the indication that the work would be done on Monday. Got a call on Tuesday late afternoon saying work done. service was good but would suggest touching base with customer if for no other reason than update. thanks.
