Over priced. Shop around.

I emailed Kathy right away, it was her husband that wrote this. I talked to him on the phone, he said he could get parts cheaper at a parts house. I explained we use only the best OE parts and he understood then. We got this email from Kathy on the 13th. Hi George, Bob said you had a good chat.
