German Auto Repair in Eugene

I've been using Autohaus for my Benz for years. They have great customer service and honest mechanics. It's never cheap to fix most things on the Benz, but their quotes are always comparable to other mechanics. This a family-based business that's been around a long time though. They let me know readily when they think I shouldn't have a specific service done just yet, etc. They keep at it until you're completely satisfied. I've always found them to be very honest. They're also great when you need a lift or a loaner car too. They even have a loaner bike that'll get you a small discount if you take them up on the offer to borrow it. :-) Wouldn't trust my Benz to anyone else.

We have taken our Eurovan to Autohaus several times over the years and had NOTHING but wonderful service. They are honest and reliable and extremely professional. I would not take my vehicle anywhere else. They also have a free loaner car and--my favorite--a bike.

All i can say is they did a great job! They found all the problems everyone else said was nothing, and fixed them by the time they said they would, for lower then the price quoted. To my surprise! They were not only very knowledgeable of my Volkswagen's inter workings, they were also very friendly. No snobs here. I will definitely be coming back, and make Autohaus the only shop to fix my cars.

The car was not ready when estimated by over a day and I had to call at the end of the workday to find out it wasn't going to be ready after work. I only took one star off for that.

Good honest perspective on presenting the difference between repairs and maintenance. Hard to find in most mechanics. Pricey but good work.

I went to Autohaus to have my car checked out for a potential repair. They charged me $84 to read my codes, which could have been done at Knechts for FREE! Jesse called this morning to explain how their code machine was different. He credited me back the money that I paid to them, although I am sure that is not a normal practice. Great customer service. I've lived never door to George for over 16 years and I wouldn't take my BMW anywhere else. He is knowledgeable, honest, and always available to help. Good people!

I was from out of state and came here to have a pre purchase inspection for a BMW. First thing that impressed me was the solar panels on the building. Jesse and Will, the two techs I encountered, were extremely helpful and courteous. Jesse gave me a quote for a compression test, and I said fine. Later when I went to pay the bill, he said "Well actually it took less time than we thought, so we are only charging you about half of what we quoted." How often do you see that at a mechanic shop? Eugene is fortunate to have this shop. I live 4 hours away but will consider driving here from all the way from Washington if I need extensive work on my bimmer, because competent honest BMW mechanics are...priceless!

These guys know what they are doing and do it well. I had driven a company car for fifteen years and was worried about where I would take my vw for maintenance/repair. They have let me know what should be done using a 1-3 rating and have never tried to push for anything more. I have never paid more that I expected and have actually paid less. Was happy to find they are recommended by AAA Call Jessie for honest reliable service, plus a few free perks!
