Fantastic service! The head mechanic (which I knew thanks to the helpful photos on the wall) was able to diagnose the problem with my 2004 Audi A4 Cabriolet just by sitting in the car and listening to the sound. The office manager was very nice while I waited for my car to be repaired and I got to spend time with the office dogs. The price was extremely reasonable given my expectations based on other quotes. I would recommend Auto Haus to anyone looking for a place to repair their German vehicle(s). I will definitely go back to Auto Haus if another issue occurs with my Audi. Hopefully I'm set for a long time though.

Having just recently moved to town, one of my biggest fears was trying to find a place to take my car. As anyone will tell you, once you find a great shop - you stick with it. I previously had the fortune of taking my car to a close family friend's shop for most of my life. So I feared that this was going to be challenging. Autohaus is close by and had some rave reviews on Yelp and I figured I'd give it a look over. After stopping by and taking a quick tour I could tell that this was going to be the shop. OEM parts, clean facility, fair prices, computerized records, and most importantly friendly staff. Autohaus most recently did a major overhaul of my Audi and I can say that I'm glad that I found my service shop in Eugene on my first try!

I can always depend on Jesse and the team at Auto Haus to take care of my car in a prompt, professional and reliable manner. When a replaced water pump went bad they fixed it 100% at no charge. I strongly recommend them.

When I buy a new car (someday), I'll buy something that Jesse and crew will work on. They're the best! My 14.5 year old VW still runs great, thanks to them!
