I can always depend on Jesse and the team at Auto Haus to take care of my car in a prompt, professional and reliable manner. When a replaced water pump went bad they fixed it 100% at no charge. I strongly recommend them.

I found that the service at Autohous was exceptional. Parts for my older BMW ar e not easy to locate, yet they found the correct part, diagnosed the problem and were able to find a cheaper part for me, and they contatced me along the way as to when I could return to service my vehicle when the part arrived. They recommended the cheaper way to go as to keep the labor costs down. And they completed my mechanical work in a very rweasonable time allowing not to remain in Eugene all day having driven from Roseburg for the service. They also laid out the cost of parts and service for the next powere window repair since 2 other window motors are not working on the old but clean 86 325e. Having thought it was going to cost me a fortune for each window (3 not working), I now can plan for the expense of fixing the last 2 since they identified the lowest cost for this repair. They always diagnose the problem clearly for you, and then let you exactly the cost for parts, repair and repair time. Great bunch to work with! I'll be heading back up to them for the remaining power window motor insatllment. It was certainly worth the 1hr drive for me rather than finding some local yocal here in Roseburg to rip me off! If you have a foriegn car new, used or a classic, I would highly recommend Autohaus for your repair work. They are not affraid to send you to someonelse if they feel you will save more money on a particular service. They have a list of local professional services they recommend if they think you could save in labor costs on a more specialized service. I sat in the lobby awaiting my 86' 325e to come off the lift, and witness them sending a customer to another service professional for one particular need that they thought would be cheaper for this person's vehicle repair. They made the recommendation and guaranteed the referral when they could have as easily booked the service in their shop at a greater expense to the customer. Never saw this before from an auto shop: saving the customer money by referring them to another service professional. I will be going back soon as I was more than satisfied by the service, the professionalisim, honesty and hospitality.

As usual, they were responsive to the problem & took care of it even though they had a very busy day planned.

Autohaus is an excellent place for German cars, just had my BMW maintained here with fast and perfect service. Also, the price is reasonable for German driving machine, highly recommend here for everyone.
