What can I say? As always wonderful service, easy to get an appointment, and I love that you get a loaner!! Jesse and his crew are amazing and I will never take my Mini anywhere else!!

They are very knowledgable, experienced and thorough in diagnosing your cars issue(s). They are also very good at listening to the customer and using that info to help get to the root of the problem. As always, during my recent repair visit I was treated respectfully, fairly, was given a loaner car, and informed of the problem and cost of repair prior to commencing the work. Job was completed next day soon after replacement wheel bearing arrived. What more can you ask for?
