I was referred to autohous by a highly reputable shop in Portland. I was calling around and looking for an estimate for transmission problems I started having with my 2000 C class Mercedes! I knew what the issue most likely was after researching Limp Mode, and what the P0175 code a basic OBD 2 reader means. To fix only one of the issue’s my car was having I was quoted $1000! I called Jesse at autohous and explained what problems I was having with my car. Jesse right away confirmed what was going to most likely need replaced, and gave me his estimate to repair my car! I was so happy that the price was more than fair for getting three parts replaced on my transmission with warranty, and he was going to use the correct computer to scan my car, read my codes and clear them! I made my appointment to take my car in and was able to pick it up the very same day good as new!!! They were so amazing at autohous that I’m going to keep taking my car in for anything it needs to have done. Normally I try to save money by doing my own work, but it became very clear to me that when you’re dealing with a foreign car like a Mercedes and your not a mechanic don’t do it! Everything works and runs different and these guys took the time to learn just how different these cars are, and what advanced technology they work with! When my codes were ran for my car their were old codes from past shops and services my car had. Those shops did not have code readers that could clear my cars codes. Autohous is a great place that will give you honest work, and great prices. It’s really worth it to let then handle your car and keep it running like it’s brand new just like mine is!
Mary wanted to thank you for the great five star review, THANK YOU
