Great service, friendly people and reasonable prices for German auto service and repair. This is my go to place in Eugene for Audi.

I have always been happy with Autohaus. When I last had them change the oil in my Mini, they discovered a problem with my right front axel. They not only replaced it for less than they estimated, they took the time to show me the old part and explain the issue.

Thank you to Jesse and Autohaus for getting us back on the road so quickly in spite of a busy service shop. We needed to replace a BMW water pump - driving from Seattle to Central California. The problem was diagnosed quickly, and the work was done on time and under the estimate. I recommended Autohaus to a Eugene friend who just bought a used Audi.

I got a bunch of work done on an old Mercedes here and these guys were the best. Isiah was extremely on it about keeping me informed about the progress of the repairs as well as letting me know about anything they found along the way and getting my permission before proceeding with any work that we had not initially discussed. I was seriously impressed with the level of customer service and the quality of the work and will continue be a lifelong customer here.
