Great service! My only complaint was the steering wheel of the loaner car was filthy. I had to clean it off with a cloth and it was black with dirt or grease. Otherwise, the check-in went well and the length of service time was only half the day. I would recommend this auto repair location!

I had called two days ahead for the service and had received the email confirming the appointment. However, when I arrived to the office I had been told the part is not been ordered yet. So, I had to wait until the next week to get the service.

Brought my car up from San Diego and had Autohaus do an inspection. They were super fast and reliable. Got my car in and let me use a loaner car while mine was in the shop. Autohaus was super quick and honest which is something I feel you have a hard time finding at a car repair business. You’re stupid if you do not take your German car to them.
