German Auto Repair in Eugene

Great service!!

I had several people tell me to take my BMW to Autohaus for service and I am really glad that I listened to them. These guys are great, very nice, professional, and honest! After a recent bad experience at the local BMW dealership I decided to take my vehicle here instead and the repair bill was half the cost. I will be bringing my BMW here for the all of my service from now on.

I had some major issues with my 2009 Audi A4 recently. The shop was friendly and knowledgeable throughout the process, they helped me weigh my options and were never pushy. They gave me a loaner car to use while my car was being worked on, which made the whole situation a lot easier to deal with.

I have been taking both my cars to Auto Haus for many years, and find the service to be EXCELLENT !!!! They really do know cars; one of my cars is a 1984 and the other a 1986...there were not many made of either model; thus, finding parts or just repairing them is a challenge, but Auto Haus seems to always get the job done!!!! I am so thankful they are here in Eugene! Thank you, Jesse, for making sure everything is always perfect!!
